Get ready to add Strength Training, Conditioning, and Hiit Training to your fitness routine. You’ll be addicted to the results. These 50-60 min workouts build Strength & Cardiovascular Fitness while building lean muscle and maximizing calories burned. These classes are designed to be short, yet affective giving you more time to get the things you need to get done throughout the day. Each day will be a different focus from strength, plyo, and cardio based workouts. We will use things like bags, wallballs, kettlebells, dumbbells, Kickboxing, sleds, rowing, think High Rep workouts and rowing.
