Get ready to add HIIT workouts to your life and take your fitness to the next level. You’ll be addicted to the results. These 30 min HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn. These classes are designed to be short, yet affective giving you more time to get the things you need to get done throughout the day. Each day will be a different focus from strength, plyo, and cardio based workouts. We will use things like bags, wallballs, kettlebells, dumbbells, Kickboxing, sleds, rowing, think High Rep workouts.
